Refund policy

General Information:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and include original tags and packaging.

  • Item Quality Problem:

    • Allow 2-3 weeks for processing; if defective, a replacement or refund will be issued within 24 hours.
    • Contact us first to resolve quality issues.
  • Shipping Damage:

    • Inspect packages upon arrival; do not sign for damaged packages.
    • Report damage to the delivery service and provide us with the damage claim number. We will assist in obtaining compensation.
  • Wrong Item Shipped:

    • Return items in original condition and contact us within 7 days.
    • A refund or replacement will be issued once the returned item is received.
  • Missing Parts:

    • Report missing parts within 7 days; replacement items will be shipped from the quickest source.
  • Cancellations/Refused Delivery:

    • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipping.
    • Cancellations after shipping or refused deliveries (excluding shipping damage) are subject to shipping charges, and you are responsible for return shipping.

Return Validity and Fees:

  • Returns are valid for up to 49 days from receipt.
  • Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Damage fees may apply if original packaging is not returned or items are damaged or missing parts.
  • Excessive wear or damage may result in a deduction from the refund.

Conditions of Return:

  • Goods must be returned in original packaging and in excellent condition.
  • Returns must be received within 49 days.
  • Provide tracking details within 7 days of initiating the return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are initiated within 14 working days after inspection.
  • Processed via the same payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable.
